3HALVES Brewing Company

110 E Kansas St, Liberty, MO 64068
3HALVES Brewing is a testament to the fact that giving 150% effort allows you to achieve anything. Try a flagship or seasonal brew like Billy Strange or 'The Way" double-dry hopped hazy IPA.

The Big Rip Brewery

216 East 9th Ave, North Kansas City MO 64116
Rated one of Trip Advisor's 20 "Can't-Miss Breweries" in the Midwest. Big Rip serves their brews as well as local wines in their taproom. Don't miss their Fox Force Five IPA milkshake, an IPA brewed with lactose, dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic, with mango puree and vanilla added.

BKS Artisan Ales

633 E 63rd St #120, Kansas City, MO 64110
The first craft brewery in KC's Brookside Neighborhood, BKS Artisan Ales draws on traditional and experimental styles to produce hop-forward, barrel-aged, sour and farmhouse ales. Check out their menu for the last craft-brewed IPA selections.

Cinder Block Brewery

110 E 18th Ave, North Kansas City, MO 64116
Perfection doesn’t come easy! Cinder Block fine-tuned its process to ensure the highest quality brew makes it to your glass. But it is so worth it, especially when you try their IPAs like The Block IPA - a true Hop Monster with 6 different hop varieties slammed in every inch of this beer.

City Barrel Brewing Company

1740 Holmes St, Kansas City, MO 64108
Hoppy, wild and sour! City Barrel brings "innovative sours and IPA's to the amazing people of Kansas City!" The IPA list is long, but you have to try "Ope, Lemme Sneak By Ya" a true Midwest original brewed with Citra Incognito, Chinook, Midwest Cascade, and Centennial hops.

Crane Brewing Company Co.

6515 Railroad St, Raytown, MO 64133
Crane Brewery focuses on crafting "wild and vibrant beers," and their selection is phenomenal. Farmhouse IPA is a can't miss featuring big, bold, juicy hops join the dry, yeast driven saison flavor to create one of the most aromatic, undiluted hop experiences you can find.

Double Shift Brewing Company

412 E 18th St, Kansas City, MO 64108
Double Shift Brewing provides high-quality beer in small batches, crafted by "maniacs who live double lives" from the heart of the Crossroads District. Try Space Temple, a DDH double IPA with callista hops & milk sugar or RYE-35 IPA brewed with Super Cascade & Kanook from Kansas Hop Co and Amarillo.

Grains and Taps

10 SW 3rd St, Lee's Summit, MO 64063
A local small-batch brewery that gets it just right. IPA lovers have lots to choose from at Grains and Taps including Neon Kittens, Stardust Angel Moon Drip and Strother District Double IPA.

Stockyards Brewing Company

1600 Genessee St #100, Kansas City, MO 64102
Stockyards' purpose is to "make good, unpretentious beer for hardworking people" while reinvigorating the historic Stockyards. Black IPA is the beer that inspired the brewery. Modestly roasted with a complex blend of light and dark malt character complemented by Columbus, Chinook, and New Zealand Pacific Jade hops.

Torn Label Brewing Company

1708 Campbell St, Kansas City, MO 64108
No brew tour in the Crossroads is complete without a stop at Torn Label. Fog Machine is a popular East Crossroads-style IPA showcasing the brightest, most vibrant hops. Emphasis on late addition whirlpool and dry hopping results in less bitterness and more floral, fruity aromas.
